The State of the City Address was held Monday, February 22, 2010 in Council Chamber at City Hall.

More than 300 people attended the annual event. Following the address, 10 individuals were recognized for their community service. Afterwards, everyone enjoyed the Taste of Lynchburg reception featuring fare from nine local restaurants.
